This is time to take more care about your health. The only person who is responsible of your health, is you.
No one is irresisstable to health risk, becoming older is one of the most risk factor of certain non communicable disease. Getting older is a natural non modifiable risk that no one can avoid. Gender is also the same. Being a woman is exclusively put you at higher risk for getting a cancer, to mention : breast cancer.
